Bed Bug Spray

As I look for products for the home owner to help with the control of bedbugs I came across an interesting product from Tallman Scientific called the Bedbug Control Kits. It looks like a good overall comprehensive kit that is in the vein of integrated pest management. It's an overall program and one that looks like it can at least be a good start.

I would be interested hearing from anyone who has used Tallman's products. I was about to order when I stopped to read their warrranty, or rather their non-warranty. They explicitly absolve themselves of any responsibility for anything at all, and if the customer doesn't like it, tough. I don't think I have ever seen a disclaimer this brazen. It reads as if they could take my money, send me a box of something vaguely resembling what I thought I ordered, and no refunds when it turns out to be water and not insecticide.

Any thoughts here? Tallman, do you read these comments?

Tallman Scientific products simply are not strong enough to kill bed bugs. They are ineffective and the self-touted money back guarantee is non-existent. I spent more than $500 dollars on their control system and extra products only to have bites recur after 2 weeks of endless sterilization, cleaning and applications of thier products. Followed directions to the T and dealt with "technician" Chris Caruso's endless bullshit regarding the bogus refund which I'll never receive. WORST product line, completely ineffective against population control. Eggs are now hatching and even one bite is one bite too many. Read the small print and don't purchase. Better off spending the $$ to begin with on a pest control specialist who uses controlled chemicals which actually work.
Extremely unsatisified and infuriated by situation.
